This release introduces the Document Template Configuration record, giving HR admins unparalleled control over individual use cases while keeping core rules completely reusable.
The system beautifully separates your setup into two logical layers: a reusable EDocument Template for shared visibility rules, and a Configuration record for document-specific behaviors (like titles, descriptions, and signer rows).
- Centralised Rules, Local Control: Keep shared organizational compliance rules in one place, but manage document-specific behaviors directly on the configuration record.
- Direct Template Uploads: Attach the base template file directly to the configuration record.
