In 2025, Gecko HRM stepped into its next chapter as an independent company, sharing roots and strong branches with the Agilcon Group.

Am I applying to Gecko HRM or Agilcon?
Gecko HRM was originally born within Agilcon. In 2025, Gecko became an independent company while remaining a core part of the Agilcon Group. Depending on the specific role, you will be employed directly by Gecko HRM, d.o.o. or Agilcon, d.o.o. Regardless of which entity you join, you will be part of our shared team of around 80 people, enjoying the same culture, group events, and joint initiatives.
How does the hiring process work and how long does it take?
We aim for a structured, transparent, and human-first recruitment process. Depending on the role, it usually includes:

We use our own Gecko HRM platform to manage applications and schedules, ensuring clear communication without candidates getting lost along the way.
What does being a certified Family Friendly Enterprise mean in practice?
It means we take concrete steps to support your life beyond work. We offer core hours (online and available between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM) with flexible scheduling for the rest of the day, hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days flexible), co-financing for holiday childcare in the summer, gifts for newborns and schoolchildren, extra paid days for kindergarten entry and the first grade of school, and 2 extra paid leave days annually for single parents.
Where is your office located, and do you offer remote work?
Our main headquarters are located at Letališka cesta 32 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We support a hybrid working policy where employees spend at least 2 days a week in the office to foster collaboration and team connection, with the remaining 3 days organized flexibly.
Do I need prior Salesforce experience to apply?
For specific technical or consulting positions, experience with Salesforce is a definite advantage. However, for many roles, what matters most is your domain expertise, problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and drive to learn. We provide comprehensive onboarding and support you in gaining globally recognized Salesforce certifications.
