Our Story

15 Years of Regional Expertise, One Focused Mission

Gecko HRM’s story began 15 years ago within Agilcon, the leading Salesforce partner in the Adriatic region.

Gecko was built on deep Salesforce expertise and regional HR insights. We grew into a full enterprise HR platform trusted across 30+ countries.

In 2025, Gecko HRM stepped into its next chapter as an independent company, sharing roots and strong branches with the Agilcon Group.
