Today, after 15 years of growth, Gecko HRM steps onto its path as an independent company, ready to thrive in existing and new markets. With a dedicated team of over 30, this marks a new chapter of growth and innovation for both Agilcon and Gecko.
As of July 2025, Gecko HRM has officially positioned itself as a newly established company: GECKO HRM, d.o.o. This strategic decision will allow us to focus even more on development, innovation, and providing outstanding support to users of our top-tier HRM solution in the Salesforce cloud.
The separation was carried out under the provisions on demergers in the Companies Act (Zakon o gospodarskih družbah). Based on Article 623 of the ZGD, through the demerger, a portion of the assets of the transferring company (Agilcon d.o.o.), as defined in the demerger plan, along with the related rights and obligations, was transferred to a newly established company (GECKO HRM, d.o.o.). The new company entered into all legal relationships related to the transferred assets as the universal legal successor, taking the place of the transferring company.
Gecko’s Leadership and Future Vision
Adnan Uzunalić is now taking on the role of Managing Director of Agilcon, which will continue to focus on the digitalisation of CRM processes.
Respectively, Marko Perme, a former CEO of Agilcon, now Group Director of Agilcon, is now taking an important role in becoming the CEO of GECKO HRM, d.o.o., ensuring continued growth and development. He remains aligned with his mission to build smart, intuitive solutions that empower businesses and enhance the employee experience.

1. Why has Gecko HRM become an independent company?

Gecko HRM has now been spun off as an independent company to allow for greater focus on HR technology innovation, improved service, and enhanced flexibility in meeting the needs of our customers.
Importantly, the ownership structure and the way we collaborate through both companies remain unchanged.

3. How will this change impact my existing contract?
The separation was done according to the Companies Act (ZGD). Under Article 623, part of Agilcon d.o.o.’s assets, along with related rights and obligations, was transferred to a new company, GECKO HRM d.o.o., as set out in the demerger plan. The new company took over all legal relationships connected to those assets as Agilcon’s legal successor.
If you are a Gecko customer, your contract remains unchanged. All existing agreements have been transferred to GECKO HRM, d.o.o., and continue under the same terms and conditions.
4. Will there be any changes to the services I receive?
No, all services will continue as before. Our commitment to providing high-quality HR technology solutions remains the same.
5. Are my payments now handled differently?
Yes, all payments from 1 July 2025 onwards should be made to GECKO HRM, d.o.o. Please update your records accordingly.
6. Will my point of contact remain the same?
Yes, your existing contacts and communication channels remain unchanged. You will continue working with the same support and account management teams.
7. Who is leading GECKO HRM, d.o.o.?
Marko Perme has been appointed as the CEO of the newly formed company and will oversee its growth and development.
8. Will there be any disruptions during this transition?
No, we have ensured a smooth transition, and there will be no interruptions in service or support.
