For example, when setting up a new performance talk, admins define which reflection questions will be used. The Assignment Wizard leads you through setting up relevant content rules before any documents are even generated. You can customise existing rules, clone them for future use, and tailor content per role or department, such as differentiating communication competencies for sales versus engineering teams.
Real-World Flexibility
Updating your competency model for 2026? No problem. You can clone last year’s version, make targeted adjustments (e.g. delete or add a competency), and reassign it instantly. Gecko then automatically assigns the right competencies based on an employee’s role or department.
