Five lessons that shape our AI vision

Our CEO Marko Perme recently shared five clear lessons from our work with Salesforce’s Agentforce architecture. These are not just ideas, they are the foundation of how we design every new feature at Gecko HRM.

  • AI must pay its way. If it does not save time or improve outcomes, it will not last. Every new feature should be judged by its ROI.
  • Move beyond demos. Building for production means handling real-world complexity. That is why Gecko agents are built for deployment, not just presentation.
  • Organisation matters. AI is a team effort. We help our clients structure ownership, KPIs, and feedback loops around every agent they deploy.

    • Smart Form Filler: Turns uploaded documents like CVs or ID scans into completed HR forms. By extracting key details and auto-filling fields, it reduces manual effort and errors, saving time and improving accuracy.
  • Focused development: In 2026, our team’s top priority will be a reconstruction of the recruitment module. This upgrade will bring a faster, smarter, more intuitive experience to one of the most critical HR workflows.
  • Customer-first mindset: We are scaling support and success programmes to ensure every HR team gets the guidance they need and have the best user experience possible.
  • From reports to results: From turning analytics into action, and information into impact, our drive continues to be helping HR professionals become a true partner to the business.
